The True Faith Church of Ghana has vowed aggressive spread of the gospel to help purge the society of callousness, insensitivity and corruption.
The General Overseer, Apostle John Owusu Achiaw, said they would do everything to reach out to more people, encourage and aid them to do what “is right, what is decent and what is dignified”.
He said this was the path to peace, social justice and harmony.
The Apostle was speaking at a thanks-giving service to end the church’s 31st annual convention held at Techimantia in the Tano-South District in the Brong - Ahafo Region.
He said Christians had a duty to heal wounds, overcome intolerance and promote genuine reconciliation.
Apostle Owusu-Achiaw reminded the congregation to be humble, modest and exhibit integrity in all their undertakings.
He said it was by so doing that they would become good examples to others and serve as a positive influence on their lives.
They should not only proclaim the “word” but to “live out their faith to bring those living in darkness to light”.
