Vodaphone-Ghana, on Friday showcased it's soon to be launched Samsung Galaxy X4 cell phone to its clients in Accra.
The program was to afford Vodaphone customers, the chance to have a first-hand feel of the phone and make pre-orders, even before it was launched, as part of Vodaphone's loyalty programme.
Mr. Jojo Chartei Quansah, Customer Loyalty Manager of Vodaphone, said Vodaphone-Ghana had embarked upon a loyalty programme, which sought to bring its customers closer to the service, and cater for their needs better.
"We are getting to know our customers better, we are identifying their needs and provide them through our service delivery," he said.
Mr. Quansah said Vodaphone, aims at getting very personal with its customers.
"We aim to deal with our customers as not just a phone number, but as people with needs that have to be fulfilled."
The programme was a collaboration between Samsung and Vodaphone-Ghana.
The Galaxy X4 is a multi-feature phone, with a number of sophisticated features, designed to serve and entertain its owner.
