Together with the Ministry of Communication, industry regulator National Communications Authority, and other distinguished guests, Tigo Ghana commissioned its new Digital Support Centre at the Tema Free Zones Enclave.

The new state-of-the-art Digital Support Centre will have 120 seats with over 200 Tigo Advisors performing multiple services such as inbound and outbound voice calls, and a range of superior digital customer services.

Being a leading telecommunication company at the forefront of technology, Tigo Ghana has remained innovative in order to provide convenient products, services and support systems to meet the busy and demanding lives of our customers in today’s fast changing world.

At the opening of the center, the Director of Customer Operations, Stephen Essien said: “Tigo is positioned to lead Ghana in offering unmatched customer service in a smart and innovative way.”

“This centre here today is a symbol of our commitment of staying ahead in anticipating and meeting the needs of our customers,” he added.

Speaking at the launch, the Minister of Communications, Honorable Dr. Omane Boamah said: “The ministry and all regulators in the telecommunications sector will continually ensure that service providers are providing their customers with the best of services.

In this regard, I wish to congratulate Tigo Ghana for aggressively driving technological advancement in their operations to give their customers a delightful experience.”

Tigo’s CEO, Roshi Motman in her opening address spoke about the company’s commitment to be a leader in technology, and the extensive measures taken to provide customers with easy access to relevant information on-the-go through a number of digital communication channels.

“I am confident that this centre will boost the quality of service our customers receive, enhance the way they experience our products and services, and ultimately foster deep loyalty and ambassadorship for the Tigo brand.”
