Global technology leader, Huawei Technologies Ghana, is poised to captivate Ghanaians with the latest upgrade of the Mate series, the Huawei Mate 8 phablet, this month.

Targeted at top to mid-level working professionals, the Huawei Mate 8 promises to give smartphone consumers unparalleled long-lasting performance and processing power that keeps you connected to the new world of business, information and media to achieve more on the go.

Carved in all-metal unibody with sleek curves, the Mate 8 is sleek and super stylish. The Mate 8 outdoors a 16-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. Both cameras suitable for taking high quality pictures even in low light locations and gives pictures the extra touch of sharpness.

The phone comes with a 6.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels, that enhances one’s viewing experience by displaying clear and detailed images in Full High Definition (FHD) and the right colour saturation.

The Mate 8 comes with an unbeatable 4000 mAh battery that allows normal users at least 48 hours of uninterrupted power. Users will not struggle with the headache associated with charging their device multiple times in a day.

Country Manager for Device Business at Huawei Technologies Ghana, Mr. Robin Sun said “Tech fanatics have increasingly expressed the need to experience comprehensive value for longer and this is what Huawei packs in the Mate 8 for users”.

“The Mate 8 supports busy lifestyles by offering more frequency bands than any other dual SIM phone, enabling consumers enjoy roaming services and high-speed connectivity wherever they find themselves,” he added.

Huawei Mate 8 also comes with a business card option that automatically generates a new contact from a business card captured with the camera, filling out fields such as name, number and address.

Users can also use their voice to answer or reject incoming calls by saying "Answer Call" or "Reject Call," as well as quickly call a contact by pressing the volume-down button until it beeps and vibrates, then saying the contact’s name

Patrons of the Huawei Mate 8 will enjoy 12 months warranty on all factory default problems. In addition, they will receive some souvenirs from Huawei like free phone cover, Bluetooth Speaker and 1GB MTN data monthly for 6 months when you buy the Huawei Mate8. The Huawei Mate 8 is a good looking smartphone set to lead the phablet market in Ghana.
