The United Cadres Front has defended the continuous commemoration of the June 4 uprising.
The General Secretary of the Front, Efanam Nyaku, said the day is a significant landmark in the political annals of the country which cannot be wished away.
Speaking to Radio Ghana, Mr Nyarko said the day also serves as a reminder to the public about events that led to the uprising.
