NPP Communicator Nana Boakye has commiserated with the family of the deceased Member of Parliament for Abuakwa North in the Eastern Region, Joseph Boakye Danquah.
J.B Danquah was reportedly stabbed at his residence at Shiashi in Accra by some unknown assailants in the early hours of Tuesday.
It is however unclear whether the Parliamentarian's murder is an act of serial killing or committed by armed robbers.
Speaking on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo', Nana Boakye noted that the death of the MP is a great loss to the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He also called on the Police Service to clamp down on the suspects and ascertain the cause of the death.
According to him, the Police Service should hold investigations and not relent on their search for the murderers to appease the deceased.
