The All People’s Congress (APC) led by Hassan Ayariga last Saturday staged what could best be described as a political comedy at Ashaiman, where the party supposedly launched its constituency campaign.
The whole show began on the minds of many when the party slated 10am to begin the programme.
As at 3:30pm when journalists called at Mandela Park, the venue for the programme, only 32 people comprising 23 females and 10 males were present. The number began to reduce as some of the women had to leave for home to prepare food while the very few were waiting for the arrival of their presidential candidate, Hassan Ayariga
A man who had run out of patience on his way home likened the gathering to basic school pupils going for inter-school football match as a lady in his company asked whether that can be considered a political party when this reporter inquired where they were going.
Around 4:30 when the presidential candidate, Dr. Hassan Ayariga and the parliamentary candidate for the area, Yakubu Musah arrived, the party had to bus about 70 people to the campaign grounds .
However, Dr. Ayariga rekindled hopes of the disappointed supporters that he will contest the elections come what may, premising his assurance on the fact that the reason for the EC disqualifying them cannot be blamed on the party.
He promised to contest and surprisingly win the elections to transform Ghana through what he termed all inclusive governance.
With the support of the gathering, Ayariga chanted, “No Ayariga, No Vote”

hahahahaha this guy is the most ***barred word*** person i have ever seen. at your age you can not go through a simple process like filling of nomination forms and you have been retired by a woman. hahahahaha. i have never doubted the fact that you are an ndc man. it is no doubt that this is the last time we will be seeing this rubb1ssh from you bcos once the ndc is in opposition it will be over for you. u can still go around and campaign for them otherwise they will collect the rest of their money.
Ha ha ha ha...Now Nana Addo has the last laugh...this is what happens when you try to retire someone...ha ha ha
Wait a minute, did I hear somebody say what? Well, people are not thinking yet they come to such platforms and pretend to be thinkers. Interestingly enough, such are the people who go into their chambers at night and lament about the hardships that have been bestowed on Ghanaians for no apparent reason. They come out during daylight and pretend all as if all is well. Ravi Zacharias will say "Let My People Think". Ghanaians, vote out of your God-given conscience, and never listen to these vile propagandists. Change is indeed coming. The ruling government's time is near, come December 7.
Ayariga's Comedy is better than Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo who is a national tragedy imputing into the minds of Ghanaian youth violence and hooliganism. Indeed we will prefer comedian to a killer who will eliminate Ghanaians who opposes him.
The tragedy of Ghanaian politics indeed!
