As part of efforts to fight the spread of Coronavirus, actress Bibi Bright, musician Okyeame Kwame and some bigwigs in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) have distributed Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) to residents in Ayawaso West Wuogun constituency in the Greater Accra Region.
The team led by the Member of Parliament, Madam Lydia Alhassan advised the beneficiaries which included drivers in the area to practice all the precautionary measures to protect themselves from the contagion.
They also used the opportunity to educate the constituents about the need to participate in ongoing voters' registration exercise by the Electoral Commission (EC).
They further touted President Akufo-Addo’s achievement to them.
Actress Bibi, in a brief interview with the media, appealed to Ghanaians to vote for the President and the NPP to continue their good works.
“The country under President Akufo would see monumental growth and development based on their achievement. Again, the unprecedented achievements by the NPP party will make it deserve a second term in the upcoming elections…We have performed better #4moreForNana”, she said.
The team also comprised the CEO of State Housing Company, Nana Appiah, and some constituency executives.
