General Secretary of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu believes his party’s position on the ballot paper in the upcoming general elections will aid their victory.
He described as “strategic” after welcoming the ‘Number One’ position of his party on the ballot paper for the December 7 elections.
“We [NPP] are very happy about this. We prayed for this,” he said in an interview with NEAT FM’s morning show 'Ghana Montie'.
NPP’s main contender, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) picked Number 2 during the balloting exercise held at the head office of the Electoral Commission, Ghana (EC) on Tuesday, October 20.
