John Dramani Mahama has warned that nothing can jeopardize his zeal to be president again for the republic of Ghana.
The former president who is currently on a ‘Thank You’ tour across the country said he will not be ‘fooled’ again in the next election.
Speaking in an interview with Akina Radio in Techiman, Mr. Mahama said he has learnt his lessons from the previous elections.
“We learn from the past so we [NDC] have learned our lessons from the 2020 election. The next elections will be won or lost at the polling station,”
“If otherwise, it will be a do or die affair at the polling station. The right thing must be done. We will win our election at the polling station,” he told a ‘shocked’ presenter.
Mr. Mahama, however, said his party will not seek redress from the court should there be any rigging.
“We will do everything to make sure the election is transparent and fair. We don’t want to cheat them, so they shouldn’t. We won’t wait for any Supreme Court, no!” he maintained.
