Co-Host of Tv3’s New Day, Nana Aba Anamoah has praised Kumawood Actors and some movie Producers for their good works.
Even though some entertainment pundits, bloggers, movie producers and stakeholders have criticized Kumawood movie producers (Some comments really unfair though) to at least improve on their performance -picture quality, titles, story lines, subtitles, casts etc. Nana Ama Anamoah speaking on today’s feature “Kumawood Trailers” thinks some Kumawood movie producers and directors are making great movies and need to be encouraged.
Van Vicker and Liwin won the Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor in Africa respectively in the Zulu African Film Academy Awards ZAFAA 2014 (which was held in UK) with the Kumawood movie “Obroni Hiani” directed by Frank Fiifi Gharbin.
Another excellent Kumawood movie “Made in Agege” also earned nominations in ZAFAA Awards. ”Boa Me” which starred GH One Amanda Jissih, Benedicta Gafah, Nana Ama Mc brown and others directed by Theophilus Amoabeng should also be commended.
Co Host of New Day on Tv3 Benny Blanco praised some movie producers for their good works. “I get excited anytime I watch Kumawood movies, I love them, I just Love Kumawood. We need to encourage them…thats a lot of creativity.
