Eazzy Does It Against All Odds

Hiplife artiste, Eazzy is set to release her latest album titled Against All Odds #AAO, today Monday and ahead of the launch, the Wengeze star has made digital copies of the album available for download via online music platform iTunes.

In an interview with Showbiz last week, Eazzy said the decision to pre-release the album via iTunes was to explore new opportunities as well as reach out to her vast audience all over the world.

�Deciding to release the album via iTunes first was because I feel it is time I upgrade as an artiste by trying new things as well as to reach my fans wherever they are in the world. Now with social media you are able to know where in the world most of your fanbase is and unlike Ghana most of them are unable to have access to free music downloads as we do here,� she said.

�I also worked with some prominent Ghanaian and Nigerian artistes such as Skales, EL, Stonebwoy, Kwaw Kese so you can be certain that all the tracks on the album are of top quality,� she said.

She assured her fans of a selection of very high quality songs, which were sure to make the album worth the price. �My team took the decision not to simply release 20 or 30 tracks on the album and put it up for sale. We spent time ensuring that every song on the album is of a very high quality so that everyone who buys the album gets their money�s worth,� she added.

Eazzy remarked that unlike other albums, which had only audio versions, all the music videos for the songs on the album were already available including those for her recently-released singles Something Else, and Unknown.

Although it might appear Eazzy has been keeping a low profile, she has been behind the scenes working feverishly to get her album ready. Earlier this year she proved her versatility and proved how much she has grown as an artiste by releasing two songs which are out of her comfort zone.

Predominantly known as a hiplife artiste, Eazzy ventured into the dancehall genre with the release of the song Emergency, which features dancehall artiste Stownbwoy. In August, she dropped yet another single, titled Sometin Lost? which featured rapper EL.

The tracklist for Eazzy�s seven track album include, Against All Odds, Go Go Wind (feat. Jupita), Scream, Unknown, Rock Dis Party (feat. Kwaw Kese), Bad 2 Da Bone (feat. Edem), Scream (Remix) [feat. Skales], Sometin Lost? (feat. �l) and Emergency (feat. Stonebwoy).
