Ghanaian Actor Hubert Attukwei Korley, popularly known as Aweele of Chorkor Trotro fame says politics is too risky in this country especially for showbiz people.
According to him, people like Agya Koo and Mr Beautiful have their acting career damaged because they entered into politics.
Speaking in an interview on Peace FM Entertainment Review programme, Aweele said even though he campaigned for President Akufo-Addo in 2016, “it is so wrong for showbiz personalities’ careers to suffer just because they want to serve their people or even offer alternate political views about the way forward for our country. Unfortunately, that is the current situation"
