The mortal remains of David Lamptey have been laid to rest. The funeral rites were held at the Banquet Hall in Accra on Saturday February 9.
He was later interred at the Osu Cemetery. Lamptey, until his untimely death in December 2012, was CEO of the Accra-based Radio XYZ.
He also owned a number of successful Ghanaian companies including Sidalco Company Limited and Dominion Oil.
He was a Theologian, Politician, Presidential Advisor and a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist. He was 61 years old.
