It is not strange for ladies to share their secrets or experiences in the powder room, often at times ladies converge in the powder room with the excuse of going to powder their faces but do they really do that?
They end up gossiping, fighting, and sometimes exchange notes on fashion, hair styles, make ups and even tips on how to keep your man. It is about time that today’s woman have a talk show that is specially designed for them and an avenue for them to pour out their anger, frustrations, love, happiness, and be motivated by women who have excelled in their present society for them to know that if they have been able to do it then yes any other lady or woman can also excel in this male dominated society Tales from the powder room is an all- girl talk show.
The show will be hosted by the beautiful actress and television host Naa Ashorkor, and it will have two regular panelists and one guest who could be a female personality. These ladies will discuss issues pertinent to women in the areas of relationships, fashion, childbirth, rape, divorce, professional development, religions, etc.
A co-presenter will share with viewers tips on fashion, hair, make-up health etc. latest fashion trends will be discussed, in vogue hair styles and make up tips will also be discussed because all though we say beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, one can acquire beauty when she knows the right clothes, hair and make up to wear.
Ladies will not be left out of this new exciting talk show, hence viewers from the public will be allowed to share their views on issues discussed, through text, phone calls and video recordings (Vox Pop) and every week, a story or issue will be selected from entries from viewers, and discussed into details by the ladies.
Experts will come in to advise when necessary. It’s going to be fun packed, straight forward, sassy, educative, and entertaining. Tales from the powder room starts showing on Ghone television this and Wednesday at 9pm…ladies let’s share our tales.
