Ghanaian broadcasting ace Franklin Oteng-Appaum, ‘Pappin’ has quit Oman FM after almost a decade.
The humble and well-respected broadcaster has joined a new radio station, Onua 95.1 FM on a long-term contract.
Onua FM, owned by TV3 network, has acquired the versatile broadcaster due to his work ethics.
He left Oman FM to seek a new challenge after nine years of dedicated service.
Otteng Appau nicknamed ‘ Pappin’ hosts the afternoon sports show 12:30-2pm, Monday to Friday.
He is fondly remembered for his unique style of mentioning his name on Radio; Oteeeeeng-Appau, Papiiiiiiin.
