Unconfirmed Reports reaching Peacefmonlone.com indicates that, Ghana's sensational boxer Braimah �Bukom Banku� Kamoko has been involved in a fatal accident on the Accra-Kumasi road.
According to Kanda-based TV3 network, details of the accident are still sketchy but unconfirmed reports indicate the charismatic boxer is in a critical state.
It is unclear if the news is a hoax.
But Peacefmonline can however confirm the whole Bukom and Chorkor township, two suburbs of Accra, where the boxer derives his fan base from, have been thrown in a state of despair and apprehension when news of the alleged accident hit them.
Conducting investigations into the veracity of the news, Peacefmonline can confirm that the report was a hoax generated by Bukom Banku.
His manager, Abraham Neequaye is reported to have said the boxer did so to find out the level of "love Ghanaians have" for him.
He is said to be having a good laugh over how the media stumbled over themselves to get to the bottom of the story and the numerous well-wishers who thronged his home to commiserate with the family
