A brace from former Under-17 graduand, Mahatma Otoo and an Ebo Andoh strike sealed a win for Ghana after an opening day defeat to Nigeria.
Ghana, the reigning African Youth Champions will play hosts Egypt on Thursday. The Black Satellites' final game is against Kenya.
The four-day tournament for five teams forms part of Ghana's preparations for the World Youth Cup later in September and it would be hosted by Egypt.
