Asante Kotoko have confirmed they will leave for Tanzania on 8 December to play a select side in a commemorative match.
18 players will make the trip to play a combined team of Simba FC and Young in the 50th anniversary celebrations of the East African state.
The match will be played on 11 December and will return home the next day.
“It is an honour done the great Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club. They respect the image of our club and we are delighted by this development,” Kotoko Public and Supporters Relations Manager Listowell Yesu Bukarson.
Kotoko are currently on top of the Ghana Premier League after six rounds of matches.
