Tema Youth consigned bottom-club Bechem United to their sixth defeat of the season with a well deserved 3-0 win at the Tema Park to boost their relegation fight.
Francis Narh and skipper Bernard Akuffo both scored in the first half before Daniel Appiah volley home a 64th minute effort to seal his side�s only second victory of the season.
The habour-based side needed maximum points to boost their fight against relegation and their visitors, bound for a return to the wilderness, proved no resistance.
Narh�s opener came on 14 minutes from close range after Bechem United failed to deal with an indecisive pass.
Bechem United had their chances but Peter Ofori-Quaye squandered the clearest they had.
Skipper Bernard Akuffo run clear off his marker to double the scoring a minute before the break.
Daniel Appiah then sealed the win on 64 minutes with a top class finish.
Tema Youth are now two places above the relegation mark with seven points.
