Lionel Messi has hit the headlines again this week, scoring five goals as Barcelona thrashed Bayer Leverkusen 7-1 in the Champions League on Wednesday, and adding two more in a routine 2-0 defeat of Racing Santander in La Liga on Sunday.
That's 50 this season in all competitions for the Argentine forward, who is now just five away from Barca's all-time top goalscorer, Cesar Rodriguez, on 230 strikes for the Catalan club.
However, as he fires the ball into the back of the net, the Ballon d'Or winner must occasionally spare a thought for the goalkeepers he beats, time and time again.
In training on Monday, the 24-year-old placed himself in their shoes for once and, as this picture posted on Facebook by team-mate Carles Puyol proves, Messi's a mean man when it comes to shot-stopping, as well as scoring.
"I have seen everything now," Puyol wrote. "Even as a goalkeeper he does well this little phenomenon."
