Berekum Chelsea left Accra on Thursday ahead of their clash against Al Ahly in the third group game of the ongoing Caf Champions League in Cairo on Saturday.
The 26-man contingent included 19 players and six members of the technical team.
The team is expected to arrive at the Cairo International Airport on Friday.
The Blues� trip to the Cairo Military Stadium will be their biggest test in their maiden campaign with the six-time champions from Egypt boasting a win and a draw from two matches in a group which has rivals Zamalek and TP Mazembe.
Chelsea can go top of Group B if they beat the Club of the Century at the Military Stadium which will be played behind closed doors.
