Ghana striker Emmanuel Baffour has cast doubt over his future at South African side Mamelodi Sundowns after a frustrating debut season.
The 25-year-old made a high-profile move to the Brazilians as the 2011/2012 Ghana Premier League season top scorer but delivered very little.
The former New Edubiase United made only two appearances for the Chloorkop-based side.
The dismissal of Dutchman Johan Neeskens also did not help matters as new coach Pitso Mosimane failed to give him the chance.
I dont think I have a future with Sundowns because as you can see we havent got the chance to play because the time the coach came to Sundowns he said he will give everybody the chance but nothing has changed, Baffour exclusively told MTNFootball.com
It has been rumoured that Baffour and compatriot Mumuni Abubakar, who never made a first team appearance, will be offloaded during the transfer window.
But Sundowns Communication Co-ordinator Thulani Thuswa has dispelled that.
As far as I know those are our players for now and they still remain key to the coach, he told an Accra-based radio station.
We cant entertain all the rumours suggesting we have released the players because we have not.
