Ghana touched down in Maseru on Friday morning ahead of Sunday's crucial 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Lesotho.
On Thursday, the Black Stars rounded up their six-day training camp in Johannesburg, South Africa, where Kwesi Appiah had been preparing his team for the match against the Basotho.
Appiah has a fully fit squad after defender John Boye, who had been struggling with a pain around the groin was cleared to return to training.
But the Ghana coach will be without the suspended Richard Kissi-Boateng, who was sent off in the 3-1 win over Sudan last week.
Ghana thumped Lesotho 7-0 at the Baba Yara Stadium last June in the corresponding fixture.
The Black Stars are in second place in Group D, one point adrift leaders, Zambia ahead of the penultimate round of matches this weekend.
