Ghanaian champions Asante Kotoko have made Ghana U20 midfielder Moses Odjer as their transfer priority on their seven-man recruitment list.
The Tema Youth player excelled at the FIFA World Cup in Turkey and has been linked with a move abroad.
But Kotoko are ready to steal the march and snap him up if he is unable to earn a foreign contract.
Head coach Mas-Ud Dramani also wants to re-sign former Kotoko captain Jordan Opoku, who is in the books of Berekum Cheslea.
Making the list are Ebusua Dwarfs’ Christopher Bonnie, Aminu Mohammed from relegated Real Tamale United, Asiedu Attobrah and Arsenal’s full-back Akwasi Donsu.
Yahaya Mohammed, loaned to Amidaus Professionals last season, must be retained by the club, the coach has insisted.
