The Black Stars of Ghana will play the Taeguk Warriors of South Korea in Miami on the 9th of June 2014 in what is supposed to be the last World cup preparatory match.
The Black stars have thus dumped a scheduled friendly match against Honduras in Washington on same date.
The Black Stars will now be restricted to just two friendly matches against South Korea and the Netherlands due to the recent pervasive injury situations in camp.
The Asian giants made a request to the Ghana Football association for the warm-up match with the Black Stars in June to help in their preparations for the World Cup as they seek to size an African opponent.
South Korea is currently 54th in the FIFA rankings, paired with Belgium, Algeria and Russia in Group H.
Ghana will first face-off against Holland on 31 May before emplaning to the United States to fine-tune their preparation with the South Korea friendly three days to the start of the Mundial in Brazil
