The second-tier side, Inter Allies, King Faisal and Asante Kotoko won their respective quarterfinals matches to advance to the last four.
And Feyenoord, the only Division One League side still in the competition host Inter Allies on Sunday at the Accra Stadium in the first semi-final clash.
The derby in Kumasi on 18 May 2014 will see Kotoko and King Faisal battle for a place in the finals.
