The Black Meteors are using the match as part of their preparations for the upcoming qualifiers for the All-Africa games, according to a statement from the Ghana FA.
Nigeria President Goodluck Jonathan is scheduled to attend the grand opening of the stadium with many international football icons such as Brazilís Pele also invited for the occasion.
Coach Malik Jabirís side will leave Accra on Wednesday, November 5.
The Ghanaian side are currently in camp at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, Prampram.
