Kwadwo Asamoah will be out of action for two weeks after playing through a knee injury, confirmed Juventus.
The Ghana international had already sustained a knee injury against Empoli at the weekend, but nonetheless pushed through the pain to play last nights Champions League 3-2 victory over Olympiacos.
The club released a statement this evening confirming the inflammation in his knee has worsened and he will require 15 days of rest to fully recover.
It means Asamoah will not play again until after the break for international duty, missing Sundays Serie A game against Parma.
Patrice Evra is also out injured, so Max Allegri has few options on the left.
