Spartak Moscow have slapped in a bid to turn the head of Andre Ayew after reports claim the Russian giants are ready to pay him a yearly salary of four million euros.
According to L’Equipe, the € 333,000-a-month is higher than the € 300,000 he currently receives at Olympique Marseille.
Ayew could change his mind and decision against joining Italian giants AS Roma who have held preliminary talks with the player’s agent.
The Ghana international has been linked with a host of clubs including English Premier League sides Swansea, who are reported to have upped their offer which includes a salary of £216,000 a month.
German Bundesliga sides Wolfsburg and Dortmund are said to have offered the son of maestro Abedi Pele a pre-contract.
Ayew came through the ranks at Marseille and had to be farmed out twice to Lorient and Arles-Avignon.
