Thirty Players Get Call Up Into Local Black Stars

James Kwasi Appiah, the head coach of senior national team, the Black Stars, has invited thirty locally based players to form the nucleus of the local local Black Stars.

The team to begin camping on Monday, May 15, at Prampram.

The local Black Stars would begin preparations for the CAF 2018 Championship Qualifiers and the upcoming West Africa Football Union (WAFU) tournament, which will be hosted by Ghana in September. 2017.

The first phase of the teams training programme will end will on June 15, at the Ghanaman Soccer School of Excellence in Prampram.

Below are the players who have been called to represent Ghana;
