Ghana captain Andre Ayew will be available for the Black Stars' second group C game against Gabon on Friday despite missing training on Wednesday.
The Al Sadd star told reporters after the defeat to Morocco, he was not feeling well before the match on Monday.
He went on to play the entire duration and suffered a cut to his eye.
And when Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac was addressing the media this afternoon, he confirmed the availability of his captain.
"Andre Ayew is in stitches but he is fit and okay. Will he be selected for tomorrow? As for selection, I don't talk about it," said Milovan Rajevac.
The Black Stars need to beat Gabon to enhance their chances of progressing to the next stage of the Africa Cup of Nations.
The team will finish off their group games with a clash against debutant Comoros Island on Tuesday, January 18, 2021.
