AngloGold Ashanti, a mining company at Obuasi in Ashanti Region, has launched a new safety initiative dubbed, ��Boa me na me mmoa wo��, aimed at fostering co-operation, interdependence and helping each other in the workplaces, especially when it comes to health and safety. Employees of the mining company would be using their mobile telephones with a special code to communicate with the management to instil passion, ensures individual commitment and responsibility and to boost employee morale for a positive health and safety culture.
