ISAAC OSEI, Member of Parliament (MP) Subin constituency in the Ashanti region, has expressed concern over acts of hooliganism allegedly perpetrated by National Democratic Congress (NDC) thugs in some polling stations, undermining the on-going biometric voters� registration process in Kumasi.
