Following several bomb blasts that killed scores of people and marred the Easter celebrations in some parts of the northern Nigeria, Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Azubuike Ihejirika, yesterday, told soldiers to consider themselves at war with the Boko Haram Islamic sect.
