Registration Violence Can Lead Ghana Into Chaos Manhyia MP

A member of the New Patriotic Party, Dr. Matthew Opoku-Prempeh is predicting what he terms a catastrophic situation for Ghana should the violence which has characterized the ongoing biometric registration exercise continue unabated. Dr. Opoku-Prempeh who is also the Member of Parliament for Manhyia in the Ashanti Region took a swipe at leaders of political parties for doing little to curb the violence being recorded at the biometric registration centers across the country. Dr. Opoku-Prempeh said though the Electoral Commission has done creditably well with the ongoing exercise, a chunk of the challenges being faced are politically induced.
