A Kumasi Circuit Court presided over by Emmanuel Amoh-Yartey has sentenced one Clement Obeng, 27 and a resident of Atimatim, a suburb of Kumasi, to 15 years imprisonment subjecting his three year old biological son to severe caning to 15 years imprisonment in hard labour.
