The wife of the Presidential Candidate of the Convention People�s Party, Mrs Mary Lilly Kafela Sakara Foster, has stated that her husband Dr Abu Sakara will outshine the three other Presidential Candidates in the IEA Presidential debate scheduled for the Northern Regional capital, Tamale Tuesday evening.
