The aspiring Member of Parliament for North Tongu and deputy minister of Information, Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa has established that in the entire eight year rule of the New Patriotic Party, he could only remember how competent their leaders looted state lands and enriched themselves out of the state coffers instead of introducing social intervention programs to help the poor.
