The former National Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party, Anthony Abaayifa Karbo has described the second petitioner of the on-going 2012 election petition by the NPP against the NDC and the EC as a �Killer Witness� who is ever ready to give consistent answers despite an attempt by Tony Lithur to aggravate him.
