The General Secretary of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie has defamed his colleague general secretary from the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) for his inability to explain what a �CD ROM� is since he claimed he is the court correspondent for the NDC supporters.
