Maxwell Kofi Jumah, former New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Asokwa in the Ashanti Region is calling on the President to let heads roll in the uppermost hierarchy of the Ghana police Service, since the police are incapable of handling recent killings in the Kumasi metropolis.
