National Woman�s Organizer for the National Democratic Congress, Madam Anita De Soso has latched onto claims by the New Patriotic Party that the 2012 general elections was rigged in favour of the NDC; declaring that �even if machomen� were recruited to monitor elections at a polling center, a political party determined to rig the process would always find ways to carry out that operation.
