Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Joseph Ade Coker, has explained that the government�s decision to engage the services of fire experts from the United States of America to unearth the cause (s) of fire outbreaks at the nation�s major markets, cannot in any way mean that the capabilities of local security and intelligence services are being run down.
