Lead counsel for the petitioners challenging the declared results in the 2012 presidential election, Mr Philip Addison on Tuesday withdrew his question of vote padding of collated results the petitioners allege was perpetrated in the Ledzokuku Constituency in the Greater Accra Region to favour President John Dramani Mahama.
