A scene captured by the cameras of the Daily Heritage newspaper has revealed that, drivers are not the only road users to be looked out for and arrested by the Motor Traffic and Transport unit of the Ghana Police service over road offences but also, parents who carelessly and recklessly expose their children to danger while using the road.
