Hardliners and tribal supremacists in the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) who sworn a Northerner never becomes President of Ghana and who are utterly bitter against President John Dramani Mahama�s presidency, are devising a dangerous plot to have him �pay for his sins� after 2016.
