Mr Daniel Syme, the Deputy Upper East Regional Minister, has appealed to the Chief Executive Officer of the Micro-finance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC), Mrs. Sedina Tamakloe-Attionu, to give priority to the Northern, Upper East and Upper West regions when it comes to the disbursement of loans.
