RICHARD KAFFUI Buabaassah, alias Gbanigba, a self-styled spiritualist, has been arrested by the Emef Mataheko police in Accra for defrauding a man in the sum of GH¢1,000 under the pretext of conjuring an amount of GH¢10,000 for him.
