THE EASTERN Regional Police Command has arrested two suspected fraudsters,Kwabena Osei Agyaman,43, and Kwabena Appiah alias Amuzu,48 for defrauding 39 people under the pretext of recruiting them into the Ghana Police Service and Nursing Training Colleges.
